Returns and change of goods

GUARANTEES AND ASSISTANCE
For the products purchased by the Customer, the rules on guarantees and assistance regarding the sale of consumer goods are applicable to DUCATI VINTAGE srl.
If you change your mind or you are NOT SATISFIED, we will refund you 100%
The formula "Satisfied or Reimbursed" provides for the replacement of products in the package and not in accordance with the description, other than the order or wrong color. If the product is no longer available, you are entitled to a refund of the amount, applying the right of withdrawal. The Law provides, on any distance purchase, the possibility to return an item within 10 days and be 100% refunded. The only cost to bear is the shipping costs to return the product.
 
The sale is assisted by guarantees for faults and defects established by law. Pursuant to Article 53 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 No. 206, if the customer is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explanations. To exercise this right, the customer must send a written notice within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The communication must be sent by email to info@ducativintagestore.com or by mail to DUCATI VINTAGE srl Strada degli Angariari 25  47891 Rovereta R.S.M. The goods must then be returned at the care and expense of the customer within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods. We will refund the full amount paid (excluding shipping costs) after having verified the integrity of the goods
WARNING  the return of the goods must always be agreed with DUCATI VINTAGE. NOT AGREED RETURNS will not be accepted. In this case the package will be rejected
 
 
CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The Customer declares and guarantees: to be a consumer in accordance with the provisions of art. 3 of the Consumer Code; to be of age; that the data provided by the same for the execution of the Contract are correct and true.
 
RETURNS AND CHANGE OF GOODS
Everything that is still closed in its packaging and / or does not show signs of proof or assembly can be returned no later than 15 days from the date of arrival of the product.
We do not accept return goods without our authorization.
WARNING  the return of the goods must always be agreed with DUCATI VINTAGE. NOT AGREED RETURNS will not be accepted. In this case the package will be rejected
Remember that, to avoid unpleasant waste, returns must be uncut and absolutely never assembled or tested
If the goods are not intact in their form, in appearance, without any accessories as well as their original packaging, or in any case no longer in condition to be put back on sale, the return will not be accepted.
Returns of some electrical / electronic items will not be accepted if the package is even opened. These products have the wording on the site (in the description) and have a warning label on the package.
 
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/199, in implementation of the Directive 97/7 / CE, issued by the European Union concerning the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts, it is possible to exercise the right of withdrawal by sending, within 10 (ten) days working, from the date of receipt of goods, written notice by registered letter ar at DUCATI VINTAGE srl Strada degli Angariari 25  47891 Rovereta R.S.M.
DUCATI VINTAGE srl reserves the right to check the returned goods, in their entirety and completeness, before giving a refund. If, the same, it does not result integral in the form, in the aspect, deprived of the eventual accessories and of its original packaging, or however, no longer in conditions to be put back on sale, the right of reimbursement will not be recognized.

The reimbursement excludes transport costs (both for sending and returning items returned) and will be sent within 30 (thirty) days of receipt of goods by bank transfer, upon notification of the bank details
It is also possible to make a refund via PayPal (to be agreed).
