WITHDRAWN AT THE STORE OR COLLECTION IN THE EXHIBITIONS
The customer can pick up the products purchased directly from the DUCATI VINTAGE srl store, or during the fairs in which we participate
For the direct order at the headquarters or at the exhibitions it is recommended to send the order, through our site, in advance, and to insert in the NOTES: pick-up at the headquarters or pick-up at the exhibitions.
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS - COMPLAINTS
the collection by courier or with the Post Office , which takes place at our seat every weekday, is intended in the name and on behalf of the end customer who undertakes therefore to accept delivery costs as reported at the time of order
The civil code provides (articles 1963 -1968 of the Italian civil code) that the carrier is responsible for the goods transported and for its integrity from the moment it receives it until delivery takes place in the hands of the buyer
The courier who, collects and delivers the products in the name and on behalf of the final customer, will deliver to the address indicated by the Customer when ordering.
Goods travel at customer's risk and peril
Any claim concerning the purchase of a product can be forwarded to the address: firstname.lastname@example.org
At the time of delivery of the goods the customer is required to check the package:
- that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document
- that the packaging is intact and not altered, we use white tape with written FRAGILE in red, sometime a black film to wrap the boxes and straps in thermosealed plastic, to ensure greater security to shipments
In the event of anomalies, the customer must contest the shipment by entering the word "RESERVE" (indicate the reason) on the delivery document received from the courier.
In the case of deposits due to reasons of unavailability of the customer or communication of an incorrect address, which lead to the return of the package to DUCATI VINTAGE srl, the customer is required to pay a new shipment.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
DUCATI VINTAGE srl accepts the Customer's orders within the limits of the quantities of the requested products existing in the warehouse. Therefore, the acceptance by DUCATI VINTAGE srl of the purchase proposal submitted by the Customer is subject to the availability of the products in stock. DUCATI VINTAGE srl undertakes to promptly notify the Customer of any unforeseen stock exhaustion due to excess demand or other causes.
GUARANTEES AND ASSISTANCE
For the products purchased by the Customer, the rules on guarantees and assistance regarding the sale of consumer goods are applicable to DUCATI VINTAGE srl.
If you change your mind or you are NOT SATISFIED, we will refund you 100%
The formula "Satisfied or Reimbursed" provides for the replacement of products in the package and not in accordance with the description, other than the order or wrong color. If the product is no longer available, you are entitled to a refund of the amount, applying the right of withdrawal. The Law provides, on any distance purchase, the possibility to return an item within 10 days and be 100% refunded. The only cost to bear is the shipping costs to return the product.
WARNING the return of the goods must always be agreed with DUCATI VINTAGE. NOT AGREED RETURNS will not be accepted. In this case the package will be rejected
The sale is assisted by guarantees for faults and defects established by law. Pursuant to Article 53 of Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 No. 206, if the customer is a consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explanations. To exercise this right, the customer must send a written notice within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods. The goods must then be returned at the expense of the customer within 15 days from the date of receipt of the goods. We will refund the full amount paid (excluding shipping costs) after having verified the integrity of the goods
The Customer declares and guarantees: to be a consumer in accordance with the provisions of art. 3 of the Consumer Code; to be of age; that the data provided by the same for the execution of the Contract are correct and true.
